Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time & Lead Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the careful inspection and packaging required for children's furniture, please allow for the following lead times before shipment:

  • Cribs & Desks: Typically ship within 5-10 business days.

  • Cot Bumpers & Accessories: Typically ship within 3-5 business days.

2. Shipping & Delivery Services
We ship via specialized freight carriers for furniture and standard parcel services for accessories.

  • Standard Delivery (Furniture): This is curbside delivery only. The carrier will deliver the packaged box(es) to your curb or driveway.

  • Threshold/In-Home Delivery (Additional Fee): Available at checkout. The carrier will bring the box(es) to your front door or first dry, level area inside your home.

  • Assembly and unpacking are NOT included with any delivery service.

3. Delivery Scheduling & Inspection
Once shipped, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a 4-hour delivery window. An adult (18+) must be present to accept and inspect the delivery. You must inspect all packaging for visible damage before the driver leaves and note any issues on the delivery receipt.

4. Shipping Destinations & Fees
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
