1. Return & Exchange Window & Conditions

  • Baby's Crib & Kids' Desk: May be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery if unassembled and in original, undamaged packaging with all parts and manuals. A 15% restocking fee applies. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any assembled cribs or furniture.

  • Cot Bumper: Due to strict health and hygiene standards, cot bumpers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any assembled crib, desk, or furniture item (for safety and liability reasons).

  • Used, washed, or unpackaged cot bumpers, mattresses, or fabric items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or failure to follow safety instructions.

3. The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate a return request through our website contact form with your order number and photos of the item in its original packaging.

  2. Receive Pre-Approval: Our team will review your request. For eligible items, we will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship Items Back: For unassembled furniture returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs and must use the original packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label for items deemed defective.

  4. Refund/Exchange: After receipt and inspection, we will process your refund (minus any restocking fee) within 14 business days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Safety-Related Issues
Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Report any damage, defects, or missing safety-critical parts (like crib hardware) within 24 hours by submitting photos/videos through our website. We will prioritize and expedite a replacement, repair, or full refund.
